Edward Borlase
Ed began working at the Theatre Royal Plymouth while at university in 2005, initially joining as an Usher and subsequently moving into a role in the Marketing department, with his career growing from there.
Now heading up the newly formed Insight & Revenue Management department within the External Affairs directorate, Ed and his team champion and deliver a data-driven approach to help inform decision making across the organisation, with a particular responsibility for pricing negotiation and strategy, revenue/demand management, market research, analytics and reporting. His team is at the heart of key systems and processes that are responsible for significant revenue generation and audience development work, supporting multiple departments in their core missions.
